Rachel Oursbourn, MD

Dr. Rachel Oursbourn (pronounced “Oz-born”) is excited to be returning to the area to join Tiger Pediatrics. Originally from Lebanon, MO, Dr. Oursbourn completed medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and her pediatric residency at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. While in Oklahoma, she was voted “Outpatient Resident of The Year” twice by her patients and clinic staff. Fun fact: she is a long-time family friend of Dr. Holly Bondurant and was even mentored by Dr. Holly’s father.

What she loves most about caring for children is being a part of the supporting team that helps them grow from newborns into healthy, confident adults. She places an emphasis on building lasting relationships with families and believes in shared decision-making. She looks forward to celebrating every milestone her patients achieve.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Oursbourn enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, reading mystery/thriller novels, and listening to Taylor Swift. Her daughter and two German Shorthaired Pointers keep her active. Give her all of your best CoMo recommendations!
